Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine, a singer-composer well-known for his unique mixture of soul gospel, R&B as well as R&B. Sunshine has performed everywhere from Broadway up to the Democratic National Convention to the European scene of clubs and festivals. Sunshine is the daughter of Denise White. Though she's located in Atlanta but her origins are in Chester Pennsylvania. There she first began to develop the musical profession by performing and singing in a church. After attending Spellman College, Atlanta she started her journey in music on the Atlanta's R&B musical scene. The Fighting Temptations The single featuring her voice,"Stalk You the House, came out only in Japan. It's been remixed several times, and has become a staple of her live show. Her voice also appeared in the music video for The Fighting Temptations. She took on the role of primary keyboardist at Tyler Perry's stage show Meet the Browns. Jennifer Holliday, who won Tony and Grammy Awards for her vocals she asked Sunshine to be part of the Dreamgirls production during Atlanta's National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine was at the center of attention for the nation during daily performances of four at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Sunshine followed up with being invited to sing for President Barack Obama at his inauguration.
